Nature is my healer

Nothing snaps me out of a blue funk faster than reconnecting with Momma Nature. Even though she's been quite moody lately (and this, across the whole globe), she eventually calms down and returns to a state of grace.
Those huge rainforest fig trees never cease to amaze me

    1. Indeed. :) I've heard of "Nature Deficit Disorder", but I thought it was just a catch-all phrase... Then this article confirms how important nature is to our overall health.
