If her power is out, you might not hear from her for a while! Hopefully she is just hunkered down riding out the storm. Good thoughts to her and the rest of the city!
Yeah... I reckon they've taken cover until it blows over. She did say she'd contact me once it's all over. It's a mess in Adelaide, at the moment... Trees are down, no power, and some phone towers have been affected too! :(
That was one massive storm! I was thinking about your friend last night when I saw the news, I hope her and her family have got through this okay. Unbelievably and shockingly, our government is blaming use of renewable energy!! Crazy, how could renewable energy cause over 20 electricity towers to completely collapse? Saw an interview with expert in field who said it had absolutely nothing to do with the use of renewables, we need a new government… okay… rant over :-) . Ariel xox
She's in Aberfoyle Park... I don't think that area copped the worst of it. Fingers crossed everyone is okay.Yeah... I know... Our government is pathetic, but what can we do! Who the heck is there to vote for? Not many decent candidates to chose from. Okay... Rant over for me too! LOL! :)
:-) Very true matey, fingers crossed the next generation of politicians brings someone with wisdom & compassion and someone that people want to support, as well as someone that won't use a natural disaster as a political device ;) . Ariel xox
Agreed... But if you and I think we're bad off with political choices, spare a thought for our American cousins. Yikes! O_o Wouldn't wanna be in their shoes.
