A very blue day

I just received an email from my dad about mum's biopsy results... Her lymph node is cancerous. I dunno what else to write. I'm quite despondent. Nothing else seems remotely interesting or important to me at the moment. Sorry!

  1. (((Soulsis))) I'm so sorry to hear this. But they still have options right? Chemo? Prayers of comfort and strength for you, your mom, and your family.

  2. I am sorry. My husband's mom has just been given the same news and is awaiting her first operation, then five weeks of chemo (injections?). I feel pretty hopeful and don't foresee any problems. I'm not sure where your mom's cancer is, but I hope this is the same for you and that there is some kind of meaningful hope in the miracles they can perform nowadays.

  3. So sorry to hear it - I'm sending my love and best wishes. I know it's little comfort but if 'good wishes' mean anything - you just never know.

  4. Hi Matey,

I'm so very sorry to hear that. (((((((BigHug))))))) to you and your family. Sending lots of prayers to your mum and to you. More ((((HUGS))).

  5. Thank y'all! Your comforting words mean the world to us all. Please read my recent post for further updates about mum.

Thanks for visiting my blog and taking the time to leave me a comment! :)
